Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Banana (ripe, but firm)
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1/3 cup Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Fudge Sauce (warm)
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Pineapple Topping
  • 1 Tbsp Strawberry Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Whipped Cream (fresh or aerosol)
  • 1 tsp Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Carefully slice the banana lengthwise and place the two halves, cut side up, into a boat dish or shallow bowl.
  2. Place the three scoops of ice cream (Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry) in a line between the banana halves.
  3. Immediately drizzle the warmed hot fudge sauce over the ice cream scoops. The thermal shock will help thicken the fudge slightly.
  4. Top with the crushed pineapple and strawberry syrup.
  5. Crown the dessert with a generous dollop of whipped cream, sprinkle with chopped nuts for texture, and finish with a maraschino cherry.
