Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces (115g) imitation crab meat (surimi), finely shredded or chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers (square or round)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with the beaten egg. Fold the wrapper into your desired shape. Press the edges firmly to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the assembled Rangoon in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. Lightly spray the tops of the Rangoon with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove the cooked Air Fryer Crab Rangoon from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
