Ingredients:
- 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, thinly sliced or diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: Garlic powder, red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approx. 12x16 inches).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Evenly distribute pepperoni over the cheese.
- Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the roll into approximately 1-inch thick rolls.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place pizza rolls in a single layer, leaving some space between each roll.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza rolls cool slightly before serving.
