Ingredients:

  • 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, thinly sliced or diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Garlic powder, red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approx. 12x16 inches).
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Evenly distribute pepperoni over the cheese.
  4. Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
  5. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the roll into approximately 1-inch thick rolls.
  6. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place pizza rolls in a single layer, leaving some space between each roll.
  7. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the pizza rolls cool slightly before serving.
