Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Whisk or stir with a fork until all the ingredients are evenly combined. Ensure no clumps remain.
  3. Dip a clean fingertip into the mixture and taste to adjust the cayenne pepper for desired heat.
  4. Transfer the Cajun seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
