Ingredients:
- 450g (3 large scoops) Premium Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
- 120ml (1/2 cup) Whole Milk
- 15g (1 tbsp) Unsweetened Dutch-processed Cocoa Powder
- 150g (2 large) Fudge Brownies, crumbled
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Chocolate Syrup
- 30g Whipped cream
- 40g (1 small) Brownie, shattered for garnish
- 1 pinch Flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Add the whole milk and chocolate syrup to the blender.
- Add the ice cream and Dutch-processed cocoa powder to the blender.
- Add crumbled fudge brownies. Pulse the blender 5-7 times until you see the brownies are incorporated but not completely liquefied.
- Drizzle extra syrup inside your serving glasses, then pour the mixture in. Top with whipped cream and the shattered brownie. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
