Ingredients:

  • 450g (3 large scoops) Premium Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) Whole Milk
  • 15g (1 tbsp) Unsweetened Dutch-processed Cocoa Powder
  • 150g (2 large) Fudge Brownies, crumbled
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Chocolate Syrup
  • 30g Whipped cream
  • 40g (1 small) Brownie, shattered for garnish
  • 1 pinch Flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add the whole milk and chocolate syrup to the blender.
  2. Add the ice cream and Dutch-processed cocoa powder to the blender.
  3. Add crumbled fudge brownies. Pulse the blender 5-7 times until you see the brownies are incorporated but not completely liquefied.
  4. Drizzle extra syrup inside your serving glasses, then pour the mixture in. Top with whipped cream and the shattered brownie. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
