Ingredients:
- 18.4 oz brownie mix
- 0.25 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with 1 tsp vanilla extract until slightly frothy.
- Pour the 0.5 cup melted butter into the egg mixture. Whisk constantly while pouring to emulsify the fat and water in the eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry bowl. Use a spatula to fold until no dry streaks of flour remain.
- Fold in the 0.5 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
- Use a scoop to place 2 tablespoon mounds onto the prepared sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the tops look dry and shattered.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Let them rest on the hot pan for at least 5 minutes.
