Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (680g) cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese (reserve some for topping!), Buffalo wing sauce, Ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is heated through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions and/or crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dippers.
