Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (115g) ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 1/3 cup (80ml) buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tbsp (15g) melted butter
- 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese
- 2 stalks (60g) green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet or pizza stone with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken breast, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter. Toss with a rubber spatula until the chicken is fully coated.
- Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly across the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
- Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the ranch base, then top with shredded mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned in spots and the crust is deep golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish immediately with sliced green onions, and let the pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
