Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup (115g) ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15g) melted butter
  • 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 stalks (60g) green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet or pizza stone with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken breast, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter. Toss with a rubber spatula until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the ranch dressing evenly across the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
  5. Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the ranch base, then top with shredded mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned in spots and the crust is deep golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish immediately with sliced green onions, and let the pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
