Ingredients:
- 1 jar (16 oz) of dill pickles, sliced (about 12 slices)
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish, optional)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Drain and pat dry the dill pickle slices with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mayonnaise, granulated sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined and creamy.
- Gently fold the pickle slices into the butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top and drizzle with apple cider vinegar for additional flavor if desired.
- Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or chill briefly in the refrigerator.
