Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (16 oz) of dill pickles, sliced (about 12 slices)
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Drain and pat dry the dill pickle slices with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mayonnaise, granulated sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the pickle slices into the butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle fresh dill on top and drizzle with apple cider vinegar for additional flavor if desired.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or chill briefly in the refrigerator.
