- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze (or good quality Balsamic Vinegar)
- Flaky Sea Salt (to taste)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Prep the Components: Wash and halve the tomatoes. If mozzarella pearls are very large, slice them in half. Roughly chop or tear most of the basil, reserving a few small leaves for garnish.
