  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly coat the baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, chop the spinach and bell peppers into small pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fully blended.
