Ingredients:
- 1 loaf (1 pound/450g) Italian or French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup (1 stick/113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups (6 oz/170g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Add bread cubes to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the bread cubes, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley (if using) and serve immediately.
