Ingredients:
- 5 oz Premium Vodka
- 75 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
- 75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice (100% preferred)
- 1 Orange Peel Twist for garnish
- Ice for shaking and chilling
Instructions:
- Chill the Glass: Fill the coupe or martini glass completely with ice and water. Set aside to chill thoroughly while preparing the drink.
- Measure Ingredients: Using a jigger, measure the vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and cranberry juice into the cocktail shaker tin.
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker 2/3 full with fresh, high-quality ice.
- Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid tightly and shake hard for about 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is heavily frosted.
- Strain and Serve: Empty the chilling ice/water from the serving glass. Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish: Take a wide swath of orange peel. Twist sharply over the drink to express the citrus oils onto the surface, then drop it in or discard.
