Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Premium Vodka
  • 75 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
  • 75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice (100% preferred)
  • 1 Orange Peel Twist for garnish
  • Ice for shaking and chilling

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Glass: Fill the coupe or martini glass completely with ice and water. Set aside to chill thoroughly while preparing the drink.
  2. Measure Ingredients: Using a jigger, measure the vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and cranberry juice into the cocktail shaker tin.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the shaker 2/3 full with fresh, high-quality ice.
  4. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid tightly and shake hard for about 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is heavily frosted.
  5. Strain and Serve: Empty the chilling ice/water from the serving glass. Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish: Take a wide swath of orange peel. Twist sharply over the drink to express the citrus oils onto the surface, then drop it in or discard.
