Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth
- 4 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Spoon the filling onto each bun bottom. Add desired toppings (optional) and place the top of the bun.
