Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped capers (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Chop the capers and dill pickles finely. If using fresh dill, chop it finely as well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
  3. Stir in the chopped capers, dill pickles, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill.
  4. Mix until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the sauce and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Give the sauce a good stir before serving alongside your favorite seafood dishes.
