Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the capers and dill pickles finely. If using fresh dill, chop it finely as well.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
- Stir in the chopped capers, dill pickles, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill.
- Mix until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the sauce and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Give the sauce a good stir before serving alongside your favorite seafood dishes.
