  • Optional: 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh berries
  • 1/4 (40g) sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 (50g) sliced avocado
  • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (30g) diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (15g) Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup (30g) cooked chickpeas
  • Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl. If using Greek yogurt, stir it in gently.
  2. Decide if you're feeling sweet or savory (or maybe a bit of both!).
  3. If going sweet, artfully arrange your chosen sweet toppings over the cottage cheese. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. If going savory, sprinkle your chosen savory toppings over the cottage cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with Everything Bagel seasoning or salt and pepper.
