  • ¼ teaspoon (1g) onion powder (Savory)
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (Savory)
  • Sliced tomato (Savory)
  • Red pepper flakes (Savory - optional)
  • 1 tbsp (5g) chopped fresh herbs (chives, dill, parsley) (Herby)
  • Squeeze of lemon juice (Herby)
  • Flaky sea salt (Herby - optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread to your desired level of doneness.
  2. For a smoother texture, whisk cottage cheese with milk/cream until desired consistency.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Sweet: Drizzle with honey/maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with sliced fruit and nuts.
  5. Savory: Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, everything bagel seasoning, and top with sliced tomato.
