Ingredients:
- 1 sheet (approx. 250g) Pre-rolled Puff Pastry, chilled
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 8 oz (225g) Brie Cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup (30g) Chopped Walnuts
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, finely minced
- 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the cold puff pastry. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into 24 even squares, roughly 2.5 inches each.
- Place the pastry squares onto your parchment lined baking sheet, leaving at least half an inch between them.
- Cut the cold brie into small pieces, keeping the rind on for structural support. Place one piece into each pastry square.
- Top each cheese cube with approximately one teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce.
- Slide the tray into the center rack of the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until the pastry is deep golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and immediately garnish with chopped walnuts, minced rosemary, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
