  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium-high speed for 60 seconds until smooth with no visible lumps.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the bowl. Start the mixer on low, then increase to high speed.
  3. Beat for 2 minutes until the mixture doubles slightly in volume and achieves a glossy sheen.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to ensure full incorporation before transferring to a serving bowl.
