Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium-high speed for 60 seconds until smooth with no visible lumps.
- Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the bowl. Start the mixer on low, then increase to high speed.
- Beat for 2 minutes until the mixture doubles slightly in volume and achieves a glossy sheen.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to ensure full incorporation before transferring to a serving bowl.
