Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (120g) lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup (80g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup (50g) panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and paprika.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the crab dip.
  7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
