Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (120g) lump crab meat, drained and flaked
- ½ cup (80g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup (50g) panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) melted butter
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and paprika.
- Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the crab dip.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
