Ingredients:
- 2 cans (approx. 12.4 oz each) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with icing
- 120 ml heavy whipping cream
- 60g unsalted butter, melted
- 50g light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 30g cream cheese, softened
- 15ml whole milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch ceramic or glass baking dish thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
- Open the cans of cinnamon roll dough and set the icing aside. Use kitchen shears or a knife to cut each individual roll into 4 equal quarters. Distribute the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the 120ml of heavy cream evenly over the dough pieces, allowing it to pool slightly at the bottom.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Place the dish on the center rack and bake for 28–32 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and the center is no longer doughy.
- While the casserole is hot, whisk together the reserved icing, softened cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Pour the glaze over the casserole immediately after removing it from the oven.
