Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (approx. 12.4 oz each) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with icing
  • 120 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 60g unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 30g cream cheese, softened
  • 15ml whole milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch ceramic or glass baking dish thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Open the cans of cinnamon roll dough and set the icing aside. Use kitchen shears or a knife to cut each individual roll into 4 equal quarters. Distribute the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour the 120ml of heavy cream evenly over the dough pieces, allowing it to pool slightly at the bottom.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  5. Place the dish on the center rack and bake for 28–32 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and the center is no longer doughy.
  6. While the casserole is hot, whisk together the reserved icing, softened cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Pour the glaze over the casserole immediately after removing it from the oven.
