Ingredients:
- 16 oz (450g) full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5ml) salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5ml) black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the cottage cheese, milk or cream, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If using a bowl, whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the everything bagel seasoning. Reserve a small amount for garnish.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
- Before serving, garnish with reserved everything bagel seasoning and fresh herbs (if using).
