Ingredients:

  • 16 oz (450g) full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5ml) salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5ml) black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
  • Fresh chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese, milk or cream, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If using a bowl, whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the everything bagel seasoning. Reserve a small amount for garnish.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
  5. Before serving, garnish with reserved everything bagel seasoning and fresh herbs (if using).
