Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and optional chopped green onions on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
