Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and optional chopped green onions on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
