Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) Kraft Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk (whole milk recommended for creaminess)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries)
  • 1 cup (150 g) granola or crushed cookies (optional, for added texture)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Kraft Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. In serving glasses, start with a layer of pudding (about 1/4 cup). Follow with a layer of fresh berries (about 1/4 cup). Add a layer of whipped cream (about 1/4 cup). Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Enjoy chilled, optionally garnishing with more berries or a sprinkle of granola.
