Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) Kraft Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk (whole milk recommended for creaminess)
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries)
- 1 cup (150 g) granola or crushed cookies (optional, for added texture)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Kraft Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In serving glasses, start with a layer of pudding (about 1/4 cup). Follow with a layer of fresh berries (about 1/4 cup). Add a layer of whipped cream (about 1/4 cup). Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy chilled, optionally garnishing with more berries or a sprinkle of granola.
