Ingredients:
- 1 cup (90g) gluten-free rolled oats
- 1.5 cups (355ml) unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
- 0.5 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl or directly in two 16-oz glass Mason jars, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour in the plant milk and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps of oats remain.
- Seal the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator to rest for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove jars from the fridge. If the consistency is too thick, stir in one tablespoon of extra milk.
- Top each serving with your choice of preferred toppings.
