Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (90g) gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups (355ml) unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl or directly in two 16-oz glass Mason jars, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Pour in the plant milk and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps of oats remain.
  3. Seal the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator to rest for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove jars from the fridge. If the consistency is too thick, stir in one tablespoon of extra milk.
  5. Top each serving with your choice of preferred toppings.
