Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (170g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed (1g)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place salmon in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fillets flake easily with a fork.
  4. Remove salmon from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
