Ingredients:
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (170g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5g)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed (1g)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place salmon in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fillets flake easily with a fork.
- Remove salmon from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
