Ingredients:
- 4 medium russet potatoes (about 250g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (5g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2g)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, or bacon bits
Instructions:
- Scrub potatoes under running water and dry thoroughly. Using a fork, poke holes all over each potato (about 5-6 times).
- Brush each potato with olive oil, ensuring an even coat. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the potatoes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Insert a fork or skewer into the largest potato; it should slide in easily. If not, continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, allow to cool for a minute, then cut open and fluff with a fork. Top with your choice of toppings.
