Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Trim the ends and halve them (or quarter if they're large).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure they're evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and crispy, with some leaves nicely charred.
  5. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and place them back in the bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately. Serve hot and enjoy!
