Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Trim the ends and halve them (or quarter if they're large).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure they're evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and crispy, with some leaves nicely charred.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and place them back in the bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately. Serve hot and enjoy!
