Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
- 1.5 cups low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes to ensure a crisp exterior.
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat. Place a portion of mozzarella in the center, top with a layer of seasoned chicken strips, and add another sprinkle of cheese to act as a binder.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to seal. Brush or spray the exterior generously with avocado oil.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Cook until you see the edges turning a deep golden brown.
- Carefully flip the wraps using tongs. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Cook until the exterior is hard to the touch and crackles when pressed.
