Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1.5 cups low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes to ensure a crisp exterior.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat. Place a portion of mozzarella in the center, top with a layer of seasoned chicken strips, and add another sprinkle of cheese to act as a binder.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to seal. Brush or spray the exterior generously with avocado oil.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Cook until you see the edges turning a deep golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the wraps using tongs. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Cook until the exterior is hard to the touch and crackles when pressed.
