Ingredients:

  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate (chocolate chips or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for smoothing the chocolate)
  • 24 mini pretzels (about 2 cups / 120 g)
  • ¼ cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or hazelnuts)
  • ¼ cup colorful sprinkles
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Place chocolate and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or melt in a double boiler.
  3. Hold each pretzel by one end, dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Tap off excess chocolate.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, sprinkles, or sea salt on top.
  5. Arrange coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
