Ingredients:
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate (chocolate chips or chopped chocolate)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for smoothing the chocolate)
- 24 mini pretzels (about 2 cups / 120 g)
- ¼ cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or hazelnuts)
- ¼ cup colorful sprinkles
- Sea salt for garnish
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Place chocolate and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or melt in a double boiler.
- Hold each pretzel by one end, dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Tap off excess chocolate.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, sprinkles, or sea salt on top.
- Arrange coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
