Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) pretzel rods or twists
- 8 oz (226g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles, sea salt, or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle toppings of choice (if using) onto the wet chocolate before it sets.
- Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
