Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340g) pretzel rods or twists
  • 8 oz (226g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles, sea salt, or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Place chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Sprinkle toppings of choice (if using) onto the wet chocolate before it sets.
  5. Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
