Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water by about an inch. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks to a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
