Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water by about an inch. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks to a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
