Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (227g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (237ml) Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (118ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Dill pickles, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Dill pickle brine
  • 1/4 cup (10g) Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (6g) Dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced dill pickles, pickle brine, fresh dill, dried minced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed and well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl with cling film/plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with your favourite dippers!
