Ingredients:
- 8 oz (227g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (237ml) Sour cream
- 1/2 cup (118ml) Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (60g) Dill pickles, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Dill pickle brine
- 1/4 cup (10g) Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (6g) Dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
- Stir in the diced dill pickles, pickle brine, fresh dill, dried minced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed and well combined.
- Cover the bowl with cling film/plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with your favourite dippers!
