Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 7.6 oz Media Crema
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 0.5 cup Evaporated Milk
- 0.5 cup Mexican Crema or sour cream
- 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat completely dry. Slice berries into quarters or thick rounds. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let macerate for 10–15 minutes until glossy.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the media crema, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and Mexican crema until perfectly smooth.
- Stir the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon into the cream mixture until aromatic.
- Pour the cream sauce over the macerated strawberries. Gently fold the berries in until submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken and flavors to meld before serving.
