  • 16 oz vanilla or cream cheese frosting
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang on two sides to serve as a sling for easy removal.
  2. In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the peanut butter and frosting. Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
  3. Stir the mixture vigorously. If not fully melted, continue heating in 30-second intervals until the consistency is smooth and glossy.
  4. Fold in the vanilla extract and sea salt until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Immediately sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts while the surface is still tacky.
  6. Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Once firm, lift the sling out and slice into 1-inch squares.
