- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) ground cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare Each Sauce Separately. For Creamy Garlic Dip: In a bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
- For Honey Mustard Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey. Stir in apple cider vinegar and optional cayenne pepper; blend until smooth.
- For Spicy Yogurt Sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and ground cumin. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Serve: Transfer sauces to serving bowls.
