  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Each Sauce Separately. For Creamy Garlic Dip: In a bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  2. For Honey Mustard Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey. Stir in apple cider vinegar and optional cayenne pepper; blend until smooth.
  3. For Spicy Yogurt Sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and ground cumin. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  4. Serve: Transfer sauces to serving bowls.
  5. Store: If not serving immediately, transfer to airtight containers and refrigerate.
