Ingredients:
- 16 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup Green onions, finely minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped and lightly toasted
- 1/4 cup Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and aerated. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne, mixing thoroughly to ensure even spice distribution.
- Fold in the freshly grated sharp cheddar and minced green onions using a rubber spatula until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese base.
- Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the corners and twist the top to form a tight, uniform ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, remove the ball from the plastic wrap. Roll the ball in a mixture of toasted pecans and chopped parsley, pressing gently so the coating adheres and completely covers the cheese.
