Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped and lightly toasted
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and aerated. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne, mixing thoroughly to ensure even spice distribution.
  2. Fold in the freshly grated sharp cheddar and minced green onions using a rubber spatula until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese base.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the corners and twist the top to form a tight, uniform ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  4. Once firm, remove the ball from the plastic wrap. Roll the ball in a mixture of toasted pecans and chopped parsley, pressing gently so the coating adheres and completely covers the cheese.
