Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
