Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Fold in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
