Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120 ml) White Rum
- 2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Simple Syrup
- 2 cups (about 300g) Ice Cubes
- Optional: 1/2 cup (75g) Frozen Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, or mango)
Instructions:
- Place cocktail glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to chill. If using frozen fruit, take them out of the freezer now.
- Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes (and frozen fruit, if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy. Add more ice if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed. Add more simple syrup for a sweeter daiquiri or more lime juice for a tarter one.
- Pour the frozen daiquiri cocktail into the chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel and a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
- Serve Immediately and enjoy your frozen daiquiri cocktail!
