Ingredients:

  • 2 large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas (each about 60g)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5ml)
  • 4 large leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and dried (about 40g)
  • 4 slices ripe tomato (about 100g)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced (about 75g)
  • 6 slices cooked turkey breast (about 113g)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crisped (about 56g)
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese (optional) (about 28g)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Place lettuce leaves down the center of each tortilla. Top with tomato slices, avocado slices, turkey slices, bacon slices, and cheddar cheese (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla. Tightly roll up the tortilla from the bottom, tucking in the ingredients as you go.
  7. Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and serve immediately. This delicious turkey club wrap is ready to be enjoyed!
