Ingredients:
- 2 large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas (each about 60g)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5ml)
- 4 large leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and dried (about 40g)
- 4 slices ripe tomato (about 100g)
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced (about 75g)
- 6 slices cooked turkey breast (about 113g)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crisped (about 56g)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (optional) (about 28g)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Place lettuce leaves down the center of each tortilla. Top with tomato slices, avocado slices, turkey slices, bacon slices, and cheddar cheese (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla. Tightly roll up the tortilla from the bottom, tucking in the ingredients as you go.
- Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and serve immediately. This delicious turkey club wrap is ready to be enjoyed!
