Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup (80g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch (1g) Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (8g) Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Hearts

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no clumps of yogurt remain.
  3. Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  4. Just before serving, stir the oats once more to incorporate any settled liquid.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts for textural contrast.
