Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup (80g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch (1g) Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tbsp (8g) Sliced Almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Hearts
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no clumps of yogurt remain.
- Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
- Just before serving, stir the oats once more to incorporate any settled liquid.
- Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts for textural contrast.
