Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup (80g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt directly in a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar. Whisk together to ensure the protein powder is evenly distributed.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous and no dry pockets of powder remain.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate.
