Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup (80g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt directly in a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar. Whisk together to ensure the protein powder is evenly distributed.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous and no dry pockets of powder remain.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate.
