Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon paprika (15 g)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (9 g)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder (9 g)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (4 g)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, measure and add the mayonnaise.
- Add the ketchup to the mayonnaise.
- Pour in the red wine vinegar.
- Measure and add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and sugar.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container for storage.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
