Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (9 g)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder (9 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (4 g)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, measure and add the mayonnaise.
  2. Add the ketchup to the mayonnaise.
  3. Pour in the red wine vinegar.
  4. Measure and add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and sugar.
  5. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container for storage.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
