Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 9 cups Corn or Rice Chex cereal
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cereal into a large zip-top freezer bag, then pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and seal the bag tightly.
- Gently shake and rotate the bag until every piece of cereal is fully coated.
- Open the bag, sprinkle in the powdered sugar, reseal, and shake vigorously until evenly covered.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet and let it set for 30 minutes.
