Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 6 oz or 170g each)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Pat the pork chops completely dry using paper towels. This is crucial for a crisp exterior. Rub all sides of the chops with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce until fully combined. Set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).
- Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip the chops and continue cooking for 7 minutes more, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C).
- Using a brush, apply the honey mustard glaze evenly over the top surfaces of the chops. Return to the air fryer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for maximum juiciness. Serve immediately.
