Ingredients:
- 2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off (115-170g)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1.25 ml)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Generously brush the honey mustard glaze over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley or a lemon wedge (optional).
