Ingredients:

  • 2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off (115-170g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1.25 ml)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Generously brush the honey mustard glaze over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley or a lemon wedge (optional).
