Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., Oreos)
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture tightly into the base and up the sides of the pie dish. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  4. If desired, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie before serving. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
