- 1 ½ cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., Oreos)
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional for garnish)
Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie before serving. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
