Ingredients:
- 1 (8.5 oz) package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (240 g)
- 1 large egg (50 g)
- 1/3 cup milk (80 ml)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (113 g)
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained (113 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (2 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (2 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1 g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease the baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, ground cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Whisk in the egg and milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and diced green chilies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
