Ingredients:

  • 1.75 liters vodka
  • 750 ml light rum or silver tequila
  • 375 ml peach schnapps
  • 1 gallon fruit punch
  • 64 oz pineapple juice
  • 64 oz orange juice, pulp free
  • 32 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 liters lemon lime soda
  • 1 gallon large ice cubes
  • 3 oranges, sliced into thin, even rounds
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cubed
  • 2 lemons, sliced into thin, even rounds
  • 2 limes, sliced into thin, even rounds

Instructions:

  1. Place all citrus rounds and 1 lb halved strawberries into the bottom of your vessel.
  2. Pour in 1.75 liters vodka, 750 ml light rum, and 375 ml peach schnapps.
  3. Cover and let sit for 2 hours. The fruit will look slightly wilted and the alcohol will turn a vibrant pink.
  4. Stir in 1 gallon fruit punch, 64 oz pineapple juice, 64 oz orange juice, and 32 oz cranberry juice.
  5. Toss in 1 fresh cored and cubed pineapple.
  6. Gently add 1 gallon large ice cubes just before guests arrive.
  7. Slowly pour in 2 liters lemon lime soda. Watch for the fizz to settle into a shimmering, neon foam.
  8. Give it one slow, deep rotation with your paddle to ensure the spirits haven't settled.
  9. Ladle into cups, ensuring every guest gets a piece of the boozy fruit.
