Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 396 g)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly for easy removal.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer (the crust).
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the layers on top, in this order: semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows (if using).
- Press down gently on the layers to compact them.
- Bake the bars in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out and cutting into bars.
