Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 396 g)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly for easy removal.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer (the crust).
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the layers on top, in this order: semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows (if using).
  7. Press down gently on the layers to compact them.
  8. Bake the bars in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out and cutting into bars.
